Ich strickte die Kaminsocken das erste Mal vor ein paar Jahren für meine Tochter Stine. Sie hat sie seitdem eine Million Mal getragen und wünschte sich nun neue.
Die Socken werden vom Bündchen abwärts gestrickt. Das Bündchen ist zweifarbig gestrickt.
Außerdem werden das Bündchen und der Fuß enger gestrickt, als der Musterteil mit den Sternen. Im Bereich des Bündchens und des Fußes können also Anpassungen vorgenommen werden. Zum Beispiel mehr Maschen, wenn gewünscht. Die Ferse ist eine Bumerangferse und wird mit Doppelmaschen gestrickt.

Bitte stelle sicher, dass deine Maschenprobe übereinstimmt im Musterteil, ansonsten musst du eventuell eine Nadelstärke größer oder kleiner wählen. Achte auch darauf, dass das zweifarbig gestrickte Bündchen locker genug wird.

I knitted the Kaminsocken for the first time a few years ago for my daughter Stine. She has worn them a million times since then and now wanted new ones.
The socks are knitted from the cuff down. The cuff is knitted in two colors. Also the cuff and the foot are knitted tighter than the jacquard part with the stars. So it is possible to make adjustments in the cuff and the foot area. For example more stitches if desired. The heel is a boomerang heel and is worked with German short rows.
The pattern include step by step instructions and a chart for the jacquard technique.

Please make sure that your stitch gauge matches in the pattern piece, otherwise you may need to choose a needle size larger or smaller. Also make sure that the two color knitted cuff is loose enough.
